Last updated: 25/08/2026

This document sets out the licence granted to you when you download and use mockups andother digital assets ("Content") through Éditions, a service operated by Studio Blanche Ltd,company number 14617235.

These Licence Terms apply in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Bydownloading any Content, you accept the licence terms below.

1. What You're Getting

A subscription to Éditions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to usethe Content you download, subject to the conditions below. You do not own the Content:ownership and all underlying intellectual property rights remain with Studio Blanche Ltd at alltimes.

2. Licence by Plan

All plans include commercial use of downloaded Content. What differs between plans isscope of use:

Cahier & Atelier

• Use Content to create finished designs, mockup previews, marketing materials, socialmedia content, and similar end-use applications for your own brand.
• Use Content for client work, including presenting design concepts to clients (forexample, in a pitch, proposal, or presentation) and creating mockups for internal clientreview and approval.
• You may not deliver mockup files, whether with your design applied or not, to a clientfor the client's own independent use, such as on their own website, social media, ormarketing. Handing over the finished mockup itself for a client to use in this way is aMaison-only right (see below).
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our raw or lightly-modified source filesas a standalone product. For example, packaging our mockups (with or without yourdesign applied) for sale on marketplaces such as Creative Market, Etsy, Envato, orsimilar.

Maison

Everything included in Atelier, plus:

• You may deliver finished mockups (i.e. your design applied to our mockup) to clientsas part of a project, for the client's own use (e.g. on their website, social media, ormarketing).
• You may use Content to create and sell your own templates, mockup bundles, orsimilar end products (e.g. Canva templates, Photoshop templates, design bundles) onmarketplaces or your own store, provided our raw source files are not distributed as-isand our Content is not the primary resold asset, but rather incorporated into your ownoriginal end product.
• One Maison licence covers your whole studio (up to your plan's seat allowance). Eachseat holder may use the licence under the same terms; you don't need to purchaseseparate licences per person.

If you're unsure whether your intended use falls inside your plan's licence, email us athello@editionsbyblanche.com before publishing. We're happy to clarify.

3. What's Never Permitted (Any Plan)

Regardless of your plan, you may not:

• claim authorship or ownership of the original, unmodified Content;
• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share our raw source files as a standalonedownloadable product;
• use Content to train, fine-tune, or build datasets for AI or machine-learning models ofany kind;
• use Content in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others;
• share your download access or downloaded files with anyone outside your plan's seatallowance.

4. Using Content You've Already Downloaded

Files you download while your subscription is active remain licensed to you under the termsabove, for the uses permitted by your plan at the time of download, even if you laterdowngrade or cancel your subscription. You do not need to delete or stop using work thatalready incorporates our Content.

This does not extend to downloading additional new Content after your subscription ends.Access to the library and new downloads requires an active subscription.

5. Fair Use

Our Atelier and Maison plans include unlimited downloads for genuine individual or studiouse. To keep this sustainable and fair for all members, we ask that you use the library in a wayconsistent with normal design work.

We reserve the right to review, limit, or suspend accounts that show patterns of useinconsistent with this, for example downloading the entire library in a short window,automated or bulk scraping, or other behaviour that suggests the intent is to stockpileContent rather than use it in ongoing design work, particularly around the time of cancellation.Where we identify this, we may contact you to discuss your use before taking any action.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Éditions if you breach these Licence Terms. Thisdoes not retroactively revoke the licence for Content already lawfully downloaded and usedin accordance with Section 4, but any new access will be withdrawn.

7. Questions

If you're not sure whether a specific use is covered by your plan, get in touch before youpublish. We'd rather help you get it right than deal with it after the fact.
