We are not currently required to register with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)but comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 in how we handle your data. If you are located outside the UK, we apply the same standard of care to your data regardlessof where you're based.

• Marketing preferences and email engagement: managed through our email platform,Kit, if you subscribe to our mailing list or coming-soon waitlist.

2. How We Use Your Data

• create and manage your account and subscription;
• process payments and billing via Stripe;
• send you service-related emails (e.g. billing confirmations, account notices);
• send you marketing emails via Kit, where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe atany time using the link in any email);
• understand how Éditions is used, via Google Analytics, so we can improve the service;
• run and measure advertising campaigns on Google and Meta (Instagram/Facebook),where you have consented to marketing cookies;
• comply with legal and accounting obligations.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contract: to provide the Éditions service you've subscribed to.

Éditions is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone who isnot legally capable of entering into a subscription contract in their jurisdiction.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by emailor via a notice on the site.
