Every download comes with a licence tied to your membership tier. Here’s exactly what that means - in plain language, no fine print, no ambiguity.
Your licence is determined by your membership tier. You can always upgrade to unlock broader use.
Everything you download is licensed to you, so we'd ask that files and logins stay within your own membership rather than travelling on to colleagues, freelancers or clients who aren't covered by it. If there's more than one person in your studio who needs to be in the library, or you'd like to use the assets for client work - Maison is built for exactly that purpose.
You're free to use the assets across your work, and the only thing we ask is that the files themselves never become the thing you're selling, which means the original PSDs and PNGs aren't resold, sub-licensed or white-labelled as your own, and aren't built into template packs or products offered for sale.
Anything you save while your membership is active remains licensed to you for the work you made with it, so if you ever decide to step away, the files you've already downloaded are still yours and the projects you've delivered stay entirely in the clear. What comes to an end is your access to the library itself and to the new Éditions that follow.
