These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Éditions, a subscription mockup service operated by Studio Blanche Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14617235, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, England.
By creating an account, subscribing to a membership plan, or otherwise using Éditions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Éditions is available to individuals and studios worldwide. If you are accessing the service from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to create an account. There is no additional age restriction beyond what is required by the laws of your country of residence.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@editionsbyblanche.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
Éditions is offered on a subscription basis across multiple tiers (currently Cahier, Atelier, and Maison), each with different download allowances, seat allowances, and licence terms as set out in our Licence Terms.
3.1 Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, every 6 months or annually, depending on your selection) until cancelled.
3.2 Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
3.3 Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice; changes will not apply to a billing cycle already in progress.
3.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you will retain access until that date, and no further payments will be taken.
3.5 Instead of cancelling, you may pause your subscription for 1 or 2 months from your account settings. Your pause begins at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. While your subscription is paused, you will not be charged and the library is closed, but you can still re-download Content from your download history. Your subscription resumes automatically at the end of the pause, or earlier if you choose to resume from your account, and your billing date moves to the day it resumes.
3.6 Team accounts. Maison members may invite up to 3 team members by email. Each invitation is for a named person and may not be transferred. When a team member is removed, that seat becomes available again after 30 days. We may review team activity and, if we reasonably believe team seats are being used outside these terms (for example, shared with people outside the member’s studio), we may remove team seats or suspend or end the membership.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a contract for digital content. By subscribing and downloading any content, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
• You wish for your subscription and access to digital content to begin immediately upon payment, and
• You waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right in respect of any content you have downloaded or accessed.
If you have not downloaded any content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription by contacting hello@editionsbyblanche.com.
Because Éditions provides instant access to downloadable digital files, we do not offer refunds once content has been downloaded, except:
- where required by applicable law, or
- at our sole discretion in cases of a genuine technical fault preventing access to the service.
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
You agree not to:
- share your account credentials or access with anyone not covered by your plan's seat allowance;
- systematically scrape, bulk-download, or attempt to extract our full content library in a manner inconsistent with normal individual or studio use (see our fair-use provisions in the Licence Terms);
- redistribute, resell, or sublicense our source files as standalone assets;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
All mockups, images, and materials made available through Éditions remain the intellectual property of Studio Blanche Ltd. Your subscription grants you a licence to use this content as set out in our Licence Terms; it does not transfer ownership.
We aim to keep Éditions available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Blanche Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Éditions. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of Éditions after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident outside England and Wales, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the laws of your own country, which this clause does not affect.
