These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Éditions, a subscriptionmockup service operated by Studio Blanche Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered inEngland and Wales under company number 14617235, with its registered office at 7 Bell Yard,London, WC2A 2JR, England.
By creating an account, subscribing to a membership plan, or otherwise using Éditions, youagree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Éditions is available to individuals and studios worldwide. If you are accessing the servicefrom outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with local lawsapplicable to your use.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to create an account. There isno additional age restriction beyond what is required by the laws of your country ofresidence.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for allactivity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately athello@editionsbyblanche.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account and to keep itup to date.
Éditions is offered on a subscription basis across multiple tiers (currently Cahier, Atelier, andMaison), each with different download allowances, seat allowances, and licence terms as setout in our Licence Terms.
3.1 Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual,depending on your selection) until cancelled.
3.2 Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment carddetails.
3.3 Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes.We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice; changes will notapply to a billing cycle already in progress.
3.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellationtakes effect at the end of your current billing period: you will retain access until that date, andno further payments will be taken.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)Regulations 2013, UK consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a contract for digital content. By subscribing and downloading any content, you expressly acknowledge and agreethat:
• You wish for your subscription and access to digital content to begin immediatelyupon payment, and
• You waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right in respect of any content you havedownloaded or accessed.
If you have not downloaded any content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of yourinitial subscription by contacting hello@editionsbyblanche.com.
Because Éditions provides instant access to downloadable digital files, we do not offerrefunds once content has been downloaded, except:
• where required by applicable law, or
• at our sole discretion in cases of a genuine technical fault preventing access to theservice.
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for thecurrent billing period already paid.
You agree not to:
• share your account credentials or access with anyone not covered by your plan's seatallowance;
• systematically scrape, bulk-download, or attempt to extract our full content library in amanner inconsistent with normal individual or studio use (see our fair-use provisions inthe Licence Terms);
• redistribute, resell, or sublicense our source files as standalone assets;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
All mockups, images, and materials made available through Éditions remain the intellectualproperty of Studio Blanche Ltd. Your subscription grants you a licence to use this content asset out in our Licence Terms; it does not transfer ownership.
We aim to keep Éditions available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Wemay suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our reasonablecontrol.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Blanche Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect,incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Éditions. Nothing in these Termslimits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or any otherliability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changesby email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of Éditions after changes take effectconstitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer residentoutside England and Wales, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the lawsof your own country, which this clause does not affect.
